¹ Working Day Technical Support means you will be able to contact me at any time between normal working hours (9-5) for any issues you have in regards to working on your site your self. Most support calls or emails can have you back on track in 10 minutes, meaning you could have 24 calls per month. Please see the Glossary for more information on What Counts as Technical Support.

² Free  Working Day Changes means any time during a standard 9-5 Working Day. 4 Hours is enough time to Change all the text on your site, as well asall the images included in your pages, More than once. Please see the Glossary for more information on What Counts as Working Day Support.
